How to pay?

Currently we have three options available to receive your payments. They are:

  1. Online Payment (We accept VISAMastercard, American Express and Union Pay)
    • To book or pay online for your desired travel / trek / tour packages offered by Cordial Trek Pvt. Ltd. you will first need to go to the desired trip page.
    • You may then select the number of travelers to book your trip or pay in full amount. Please select only one option here. Never select booking and full amount concurrently. Then please click on the ‘Book Now’ button. You will then be notified that your desired package has been added to your cart.
    • Please click on the ‘View Cart’ button then after.
    • You will then be taken to the ‘Cart’ page. Here you will need to make sure that you have only selected one trip package at a time. Please clear every other package if selected. Then you need to click on the ‘Proceed To Checkout’ button.
    • You will now be taken to the ‘Checkout’ page. Here you will need to fill up your details and click on the ‘Proceed To Himalayan Bank Payment’ button. Optionally you may enter any notes in the ‘Order notes’ section.
    • After you click on the ‘Proceed To Himalayan Bank Payment’ button your page / screen will appear to have frozen which is completely normal. It means we are processing your payment details in the background. If all goes well you will then land onto the 2C2P secure online payment gateway.
    • After you land at 2C2P online payment gateway page, you will need to enter your Credit / Debit card details. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay and American Express. After you successfully enter your card details you will then need to click on the ‘Continue’ button.
    • You might then be asked to enter a one time OTP security code that might be available to you via your mobile phone or email. After you enter your OTP code and submit to proceed further you will be notified of a successful payment and you will also be able to receive a purchase confirmation email.
    • That’s it. You have successfully completed your purchase. We will take it from there on. You may be then contacted by a Cordial Trek representative via your email or WhatsApp number you provided with for further information and details.
  2. Swipe at POS (after having arrived in Kathmandu)
