Our Terms and Conditions**
Cordial Trek Pvt. Ltd. and its clients are both to be bound by following ‘Terms and Conditions’. Please read the information carefully. The Booking Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between Cordial Trek Pvt. Ltd. and its clients for the services provided.
1. Your ‘Booking’ with us
In order to buy / book a travel / tour / trek package with Cordial Trek Pvt. Ltd. all clients / travelers must select either the full payment option or booking option with their desired quantity on the respective travel plans.
The visitor may then proceed towards the ‘View Cart’ section to complete the purchase and fill up the necessary details.
After a successful completion of the payment process, our visitors will get a system generated auto confirmation email.
We will then also personally contact our clients with confirmation email and other detailed information.
The clients can also use a direct Bank Transfer option if they please (Bank Transfer details are here below) with the respective booking amount of desired travel plans.
Total due amount should be then paid before the day of travel / after your arrival during your pre-trip meeting with our official representatives.
2. Payments
Currently we have three options available to receive your payments. They are:
- Online Payment (We accept VISA, Mastercard, SCT and American Express)
- Swipe at POS
- Direct Bank Transfer (Use the following details)

3. Last-Minute Booking
We only accept last-minute bookings for your excursions within the territory of Nepal. Last-minute bookings for India, Bhutan, and Tibet are not to be entertained.
5. Refund
No refund will be made for the booking amount in case of cancellation for any reason whatsoever. However, you may renegotiate to reschedule your bookings for a newer date.
Note: We will however refund you in a condition of full payment made while deducing 10% of charge from the total amount. However, a written notification of your cancellation is required to cancel any bookings.
6. Single Supplement Charge
The accommodations offered to you on our tour and trek packages are to be provided on a twin-sharing basis. Thus, a single room supplement charge will be added upon clients who do not have a participant/partner or do not agree to share a room with other travelers.
7. Drop Out
No refund will be made to clients who drop out from their journey regardless of the itinerary completed.
8. Unforeseen Circumstances
Any cancellations to your bookings by Cordial Trek Pvt. Ltd. itself due unforeseen circumstances like war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climates, strikes or whatsoever will be provided with two options.
- You may either reschedule your bookings to a newer date or
- You will have an option for a total refund.
Note: Any extra expenses other than mentioned in the package bookings might be incurred to the client itself.
9. Authority and Responsibility
A tour/trek guide representing Cordial Trek Pvt. Ltd. deserves all authority and responsibility during your tour/trek duration.
10. Travel Insurance
All clients must compulsorily purchase a comprehensive travel insurance package against any medical emergency, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellations or others.
11. Alteration to Tour / Trek packages
All of our clients are provided with an alteration option into their itinerary of Tour/Trek packages but a prior request must be made.
12. Papers & Documents
All necessary documents including a valid Passport including a Visa should be carried with and be presented to authorities when asked for.
Note: Cordial Trek Pvt. Ltd. will not be accountable for any incompletion of Tours/Treks due trouble caused in lack of Documents or Visa.
13. Flight Delay / Cancellation
Flight delays or cancellations are very likely in the upper Himalayan regions due to unpredictable weather. A range of locations including Lukla, Jomsom, Dolpa, Simikot, and Jumla among others are more likely to face such weather and in such conditions all itineraries will be rescheduled. In such cases any extra costs incurred will be under negotiation.
14. Your personal belongings
The representatives of Cordial Trek Pvt. Ltd. are always trying their best to keep your belongings safe and sound. However, Cordial Trek Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible in the situation of any loss or damages occurring to your personal belongings while being transported by porters, ponies, or vehicles during the trip.
15. Privacy
No private or personal information that our clients provide us during any booking/reservations will be disclosed for any other purposes than intended.
16. Publicity
Cordial Trek Pvt. Ltd. may use the images/videos of its clients taken during the duration of trip without any prior notice and compensation. However clients may request their denial for the same beforehand. The images/videos will be used for our publicity and promotion purposes only.
17. Social Responsibility
Cordial Trek Pvt. Ltd. is well aware of its social responsibility. We finance various community enhancement programs across the nation via the revenues generated by our organization.
18. Freedom of currency
You may choose to pay your amount in any of your desired currency (with some exceptions) equivalent to United States Dollars (USD) of the respective travel plan / plans.
